Evialis finalizes the acquisition of Cargill Animal Nutrition's business in Brazil and pursues the optimization of its French operations

Paris – Monday 16 June 2008 – EVIALIS confirms the closing of negotiations over the acquisition of Cargill Animal Nutrition’s business in Brazil, to include the entire PURINA brand range.
