Project of expansion in Brazil

Vannes, 16 May 2008 – The EVIALIS Group (Eurolist on the EuronextTM listing in Paris: GYO) is negotiating with Cargill Nutrição Animal Ltda. to purchase the operations of Cargill’s Brazilian animal nutrition business. The companies expect to conclude the transaction by the end of May, pending approvals and due diligence activities.
