Turnover in 2006: €635.3 Million

The Evialis Group reported turnover of €164.6M for the fourth-quarter of 2006, compared with €176.6M for the same period the previous year. By way of reminder, it should be noted that the fourth quarter figures for 2005 benefited from the exceptional addition of the full year 2005 turnover for DFP, a company formerly accounted for under the equity accounting method, and since consolidated on a pro-rata basis, based on the 50% stake held by the Group, with an impact of €11.7M. Evialis also included final-quarter turnover for Monti Foods in South Africa, for an amount of €1.6M. When these elements are removed, and on a like–for–like basis, the drop in turnover for the fourth quarter is contained at 1.6%, at €173.7M.
For the full year 2006 Evialis reported turnover of €635.3M, slightly less than the previous year. On a like-for-like basis, turnover dropped by 3.3%.
